Your cakes are absolutely AMAZING! You have helped us celebrate birthdays, engagement, and our wedding and every cake has been memorable to the point of being highlighted when we describe our special events to others. The colors, the design, the intricacy of fruit, custard, and multiple flavors hidden inside, the way the cake is always so moist - and of course the FLAVORS have combined to make our occasions truly exceptional. One of our absolute favorites was the four layer engagement cake you made with different flavors for each layer. We still recall how silky the chocolate was, what a pleasant surprise the lavender was, and how beautiful the strawberry custard stuffed cream layer was. As I have said to you on multiple occasions, you really outdid yourself (and seem to do that regularly).
Keep doing what you do and know that you have clients for life! We really appreciate the obvious skill that goes in to your work and most of all we appreciate the level of sophistication and care you put in to making things "just right" for us. We couldn't ask for anything more...
